"S"-hilt Broadsword
The very size and weight broadsword carried against the English in 1745 in the last bid for the Scottish throne.
The Particulars:
Blade:  5160 steel, spring tempered, 32" long   
Basket:  Steel, browned. Has a bias to the right side (it is  1 3/8" from the middle of the grip to the left inside and 1 3/4" on the right.) Has a leather pad at the front to protect the hand.
Grip:  wood covered in rayskin and a wire wrap.
Pommel knob: Steel with a brass nut to hold it all together.
Weight:  2 pounds 10 ounces.
Sheath: Leather with a brass throat and tip. also has a frog stud.
